Twitter has over 3.7 million active Arab users, with more than half of them from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the fifth Arab Social Media Report by the Dubai School of Government (DSG). The report on the growth and influence of social media in the region was launched yesterday by the DSG's governance and innovation program.
